If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, neither are we. Return the item in its original condition within 30 days, and we'll provide a full refund of the purchase price. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Your complete satisfaction is our goal, and we’re here to ensure you’re pleased with every purchase.

**30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee – Details and Exceptions**
At First Act Music & Entertainment, your satisfaction is our priority.
**General Return Policy:**
- **Condition:** Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused for a full refund. For installed items, please keep all boxes until you're fully satisfied with the installation.
**Exceptions:**
- **14-Day Return Window:** Recording devices, DJ equipment, workstation keyboards, rack signal processors, and lighting/fog machines.
- **3-Day Return Window:** Vintage instruments.
- **Non-Returnable Items:** Clearance items, non-returnable items, discontinued items, Apple hardware, computers, opened software, electronic downloads, books, CDs, videos, vinyl records, turntable cartridges, tubes, in-ear buds, earplugs, in-ear monitors, fog fluid, harmonicas, cleaning products, demo gear, and special/custom orders.
**Return Fees:**
- **Band & Orchestra:** Woodwind and brass instruments: $10 sanitization fee; bows: $4 restocking fee; mouthpieces over $300: $8 sanitization fee; under $300: $4 sanitization fee.
- **Apple Products:** 10% restocking fee on open box returns. Defective Apple hardware is subject to Apple's return policy.
**Abuse of Return Privileges:**
- We reserve the right to limit or suspend return privileges for abuse or violations of our return policy, such as excessive returns or returning items not in brand-new condition.
**International Returns:**
- Follow the instructions on your packing list for international returns. For assistance, contact our customer service at 1-866-498-7882.
